Shipping Policy
How long it takes
• Production time: 1 business day to make your order.
• Shipping time (after it ships): 3–5 business days for standard delivery within the U.S.
• Total delivery time: Production (1 business day) + Shipping (3–5 business days) = about 4–6 business days.
Example: Order on Monday → made by Tuesday → delivered between Friday.
Order processing
• Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays start the next business day.
• During product drops or peak seasons, processing may take an extra day.
Shipping methods & rates
• Standard U.S. shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS/UPS.
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
• We currently ship within the United States. (International coming soon.)
Tracking
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address changes
• If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP. We can update it before your order ships, but not after it’s in transit.
Delivery issues
• If a package is marked Delivered but you don’t have it, please check with neighbors/household first. Then contact the carrier.
• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us within 7 days of the scan/arrival and we’ll help make it right.
Preorders / out-of-stock items
• If an item is marked preorder, the product page will show the estimated ship date. Your entire order will ship together unless you place separate orders.
Holidays
• Carriers may experience delays around major U.S. holidays and weather events. Thanks for your patience!
