Shipping Policy


How long it takes

 

 

Production time: 1 business day to make your order.

Shipping time (after it ships): 3–5 business days for standard delivery within the U.S.

Total delivery time: Production (1 business day) + Shipping (3–5 business days) = about 4–6 business days.

Example: Order on Monday → made by Tuesday → delivered between Friday.

Order processing

Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays start the next business day.

During product drops or peak seasons, processing may take an extra day.

Shipping methods & rates

Standard U.S. shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS/UPS.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

We currently ship within the United States. (International coming soon.)

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Address changes

If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP. We can update it before your order ships, but not after it’s in transit.

Delivery issues

If a package is marked Delivered but you don’t have it, please check with neighbors/household first. Then contact the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us within 7 days of the scan/arrival and we’ll help make it right.

Preorders / out-of-stock items

If an item is marked preorder, the product page will show the estimated ship date. Your entire order will ship together unless you place separate orders.

Carriers may experience delays around major U.S. holidays and weather events. Thanks for your patience!
