Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

  • You have 10 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
    • In the original packaging with tags still attached
    • 2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or final sale items
  • Digital products or downloads

3. Return Process

  1. Email support@nothingtosomethingrecords.com within 10 days of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • After 10 days from delivery, no refunds or returns will be accepted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to stock availability).
